I worked with Toni Horton the owner of this boutique, she chose objects from the shop and things she loved for me to include in the drawing. I invented a boudoir like interior densly cluttered with intriguing objects, inspired by Marlena Dietric's brothel in A Touch of Evil and Brasai photographs of Parisian whore houses. I built shelves that curve out of the wall which are camouflaged with the drawing. The idea was to transform the narrow corridor in to a place of intrigue but keep it calm and uncluttered at the same time.
